Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 3-5 days of Registration for a test.
  2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the test has already been accessed or attempted.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will only be processed if there is a technical issue preventing access to the Registering test, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
  2. If you experience any discrepancies between the test Registration and the one provided, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 3-5 days of registration.
  3. Any approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
