Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 3-5 days of Registration for a test.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the test has already been accessed or attempted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed if there is a technical issue preventing access to the Registering test, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- If you experience any discrepancies between the test Registration and the one provided, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 3-5 days of registration.
- Any approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
